Unloading Requirements
Unloading your hot tub safely requires preparation and manpower:
Minimum Requirement: You'll need at least three strong individuals to safely unload the hot tub from the delivery vehicle. The driver cannot assist with unloading for safety and insurance reasons.
Here's what the unloading process involves:
- Prepare the Area: Clear a path from the delivery point to your chosen location. Remove obstacles and ensure the ground is level and stable
- Assemble Your Team: Have at least three strong people ready (four is ideal for safer handling). Wear appropriate footwear and protective gloves

- Following Guidelines: Liability may be void if delivery or setup instructions are not followed
Inspection on Arrival: Please inspect your hot tub upon delivery for any visible transport damage. Report any issues immediately to the driver and our customer service team.

Extreme weather may affect delivery:
- Deliveries may be rescheduled during severe weather for safety reasons
