Returns Policy

At Tamed Ocean, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. We understand that choosing a hot tub is a significant decision, and we're committed to making the process as transparent and stress-free as possible.

Your 14-Day Return Right

You have the right to return your Tamed Ocean hot tub within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. This gives you peace of mind knowing you can change your mind if needed.

Please Note: To qualify for a return, your hot tub must remain unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You'll be responsible for return transportation costs.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your hot tub meets these conditions:

  • Unused Condition: The hot tub must not have been filled with water or used in any way
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • No Damage: The hot tub and all components must be free from any user-caused damage
  • Original Appearance: The product must retain its original commercial appearance
  • Proof of Purchase: Original purchase documents (receipt or invoice) must be provided

Exceptions to Our Return Policy

We're unable to accept returns in the following situations:

  • Hot tubs that have been used, filled with water, or unpacked for extended periods
  • Custom-designed hot tubs built to your specific specifications
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper handling or storage
  • Hot tubs purchased by wholesalers or retailers (different terms apply)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team with your order details and reason for return (if you'd like to share)
  2. Arrange Transportation: Organize safe transportation of the hot tub back to our facility in Lithuania. You'll be responsible for these costs
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your hot tub, we'll inspect it to ensure it meets return conditions
  4. Refund Processing: Your refund will be issued within 14 days through the original payment method

Important: If we delivered the wrong product or there was a fault on our part, we'll cover all return and redelivery costs. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make it right.

Product Warranty

Every Tamed Ocean hot tub is handcrafted with care in Lithuania using premium marine-grade materials. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a comprehensive warranty that protects you against material and manufacturing defects.

Standard Warranty Coverage: 2 years on all hot tubs from the date of delivery

Commercial Use: 12 months warranty on all parts for business applications

What's Covered Under Warranty

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that prevent normal use of your hot tub, including:

Making a Warranty Claim

  3. Assessment: Our team will review your claim and determine the cause of the defect
  4. Resolution: We'll repair, replace, or refund based on the nature of the defect (if manufacturing fault)

Essential Defects: For serious defects that prevent use (damaged liner or structural leaks), you may need to return the hot tub to our facility in Kaunas, Lithuania. If the defect is our fault, we'll cover all shipping costs and provide repair or replacement.

What's Not Covered

To ensure longevity, proper care and maintenance are essential. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Expected deterioration from regular use, including burning of heater grates
  • User-Caused Damage: Scratches, drops, improper usage, or repairs made without manufacturer guidance
  • Chemical Damage: Excessive use of chemicals, improper pH levels, or use of non-recommended products
  • Environmental Damage: Storm, fire, flood, frost damage, or other external forces
  • Wood Changes: Natural wood characteristics including color changes, moisture effects, UV exposure, and minor cracking
  • Improper Installation: Damage from incorrect setup or use beyond intended purpose
  • Non-Original Parts: Additions or repairs using non-manufacturer approved components
  • Operational Materials: Consumable items like trays, air vents, and certain heater parts

Maintain Your Warranty: Following the instructions in your product manual is crucial. Failure to follow guidelines may void your warranty. Always monitor pH levels carefully and avoid automatic chemical dosing devices.

Important Warranty Notes

  • Warranty period starts from your original delivery date and is not extended by repairs or replacements
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) for warranty claims
  • Independent repair attempts may void your warranty—always contact us first
  • All warranty work must be completed within the warranty period
  • Transportation costs for warranty service are your responsibility unless the defect is due to our fault
